    Running and fitness update for 8/13/18

    SO! Last week turned out to be amazing fitness week for me. I managed to work 5 ( YES 5) work outs into my week! I was able to run 3 times, walk once, and strength train once. I am just going to say I a super proud of myself for that! My Goals for this week are: Monday: Strength train ( Bodies by Amy) 30 minutes Tuesday: 2 mile Run/walk ( I like intervals) Wend: rest Thursday: strength train ( Bodies by Amy) 30 mins Friday: run 2 miles Saturday: 3 mile run ( alone or with my running group) Sunday: Rest Now, that I am in a better…

    August 15, 2017 was suppose to be a normal day for us. For the most part it was. I spent my morning cleaning, taking care of Charlotte and Sean, and getting myself ready for my afternoon at work.     How We Explained Autism to Charlotte Charlotte had just turned six years old when we started the diagnostic road for Sean. I was having a hard time understanding Autism myself, and struggled with whether I should tell Charlotte what was going on with her brother.     Running Update 8/2/18

    Ok, for starters I know I haven’t updated anything since my last running post. HAHA! (sorry!!) That’s because the week after committing to training with you all, I totally fell of the horse!! You know how it goes things happen and priorities change week to week. So needless to say I ran one time that week.
